Garden of Eatin' | Wing Night

 
 

Butter, garlic, parsley and parmesan cheese simmer in a pan as I begin to flour the wings.
 
Salt, pepper and flour.
 
 

Fried approx. 6-10 minutes depending on the size of the wings.  I cut into them to be sure they are done...done...

I add the wings to be coated in the butter garlic into the pan to generously coat them and top them off with another sprinkle of parmesan cheese as I plate them.
 
 
The buffalo wings get warmed in the Sweet Baby Ray's sauce with a small pat of butter and they are plated.
 
 
I made these on Monday and I am getting more for this weekend to tryout a few other flavors.  These were delish!
