I would answer in Reddit, if I could, but someone who just loves, loves, loves me made sure to report my photos, lists, and all of the info that I shared there so I can't any longer under u/lifeinsidethepage - my id.
I don't recall mentioning what Boxed Up was...I mean the name pretty much said what it is...but thank you for clearing it up for everyone.
As for the MOS rarely going into SAS....when I have the time, I can show the receipts where it does happen...not always, not intentionally but it happens in the chaos of setting up SAS. It was mentioned as a location for the item listed on the sheets, so I included it.
Social media at SAS time shows plenty of receipts with MOS on them and someone asking what it means. Sometimes a store will even sell the MOS to "Make Their Day" in sales. And employees look forward to those MOS items so they can get a small/medium size bag full after inventory for $5.
Marked out of sale, Marked out of stock...same difference...close enough... but at least I got the season code part right...right?
Bath & Body Works | Semi-Annual Sale Thoughts On Recent Questions
I usually made a blog list posting of the items coming and going, instead of releasing the actual copies of the papers because it can be hard to know what is what on hundreds of items listed. But since they were posted, I will skip doing that list this time, and keep adding to the archives of upcoming Fall, Halloween, + info....and add a bit of info to help those looking at the sheets.
SEASON CODES: AND YEARS they came out
SP= Spring
S SU= Summer
F FA= Fall
H= Holiday
Most
items are abbreviated, and some may be a bit harder to decipher...but
all very interesting. I am no professional in knowing all of the
correct terminology for everything....I kind of get the idea of what I
read or am hearing about which feeds my love of the brand. Like when
certain scents are distressed...I come to know that is when there will
no longer be stock sent to the store for those products.
Keep in mind the computer will generate the list of names and items currently in the store (coming in and going out) as well as those things from sales past that may/or may not have sold out. While the stores may not have them, Outlet stores could still have plenty of stock that could cause them to be counted in inventory somewhere. More often I found that those older things won't end up in any stores around me that I could shop in, so I have learned to not count on getting those items.
I wanted to write up a quick helper list for those who are now seeing a SAS list and are wondering, " what am I seeing here?"

You could see VDAY before the season/year (or after) and this one would be for Valentine's Day.

Collection Names:
Help
me keep track of many collections of products over months of floor
sets, especially when the collections go on sale by the collection
name.
Before I shop, I take inventory of what I have...what I really loved...and what I may need. At one time, my collection was excessive. Now, after clearing most of it out, I can really consider what items are being used, and used up...while looking for that item I may have missed out on getting when it released.
The one thing I found when trying to "plan" for SAS shopping is that - Not all stores will have the same items so if you go into shopping this sale without the expectation of I am going to get this, this, and this...you will have a better experience.
Just because a computer generated a list of names from seasons past, does not mean it will be in store, because it is probably sold out from a prior sale. So try not to get your hopes up on finding that specific item that may be on a list....and try not to get too disappointed when your favorite scents are being retired and leaving the store.
Shoppers of this brand know that there is turnover on many fragrances to bring in something new...or repackaged. If you see it...and love it...buy it...and enough of it, because at any time....it can disappear. That goes for Home Fragrance and Body Care Scents.
