Notes: September 23, 2015

Just a few points to share tonight:

 

Regarding PHONE ORDERS:

 

*In order to decrease security and liability risks there will no longer be ANY phone orders done at ANY Bath and Body Works Stores.

If we want to call and place an order (as I have done on those days I can't make it to a one day only sale and I don't want to miss out on it) we will NOT be able to....since the cashier will no longer be able to key in the numbers. A card will need to be swiped.

 

The options we will be told regarding phone orders are as follows:

They will Give us the phone number to customer service. 

Then Customer Relations will look for a closer store to us should we have a far distance to travel to get to a store.

Or the Cashiers will be told that they can offer us the web site address.

*They will still be able to do a return on a ONLINE order but will not be able to credit the credit card used for the amount of the return.  They will have the option to refund the payment in CASH or a Gift Card.

If the customer wants it refunded back to the credit card, we will be referred to the online site and that customer service department to handle it.

 

Sunday (9/27)

*The Snow and the Sparkle & Shine Home Fragrances will be hitting the walls as well as the Soaps and Hand Sanitizer section.  I think home fragrances is referring to Candles. 

 

*We will notice that little corner of the store that still had the old design of pocketbac refills available in a few scents, is going to disappear. It will be packed up Sunday Night and the new design will be the only refills available from now on.  If you wanted to grab a few more for your old style holders....don't wait too long.

*This weekend: (9/27)
we should be seeing the new signature trio of scents; comfort, cozy and warmth come out early for Monday, (9/28)

I was also told that this weekend there will be a "set" of a Holiday Preview Table.
We should see these candles and maybe a few other items.

I did check last years blogs and we did have the Snow and Slopes candles (same names of scents) release at this time, along with the pocketbacs and hand soaps.  I see the Thanksgiving candles came out...and some accessories also at this time. 

I guess it's never too early??

I was told in the few stores I visited today:

*Tomorrow, (9/19) the Aromatherapy Shower Gels will be on sale for $6.00

* The Candle sale 2/$24 continues through the weekend

--I am asked everyday when will Holiday items begin to set:

After visiting numerous stores today, I was told that Holiday will set Sunday, October 11th, With new available Monday, October 12th....at these stores.  I am not sure, yet, if it is all stores...so you can check with your own area stores to see what they say.

--The next scheduled floor set is Sunday, October 4th with new available Monday, October 5th. That is when we should see the: Comfort, Warmth and Cozy new Signature scents.

I did get to see 5 new Wallflowers for Holiday Today:

*Barrel with Pearls and Shimmer

*Barrel with Holiday Red Dimensional

*Holly with Beaded Red Berries

*Shimmer Snowflake

*Silver Double Trees

The prices were $9.50 and $10.50

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 --Non Test Stores are starting to get Holiday Candles in today. Yes, with the new holiday launching in test stores this week....

So, I guess we can say these are definitely coming...

 

What I am thinking, and I have no hard proof yet...But I think....this collection of candles matches the Fresh Sparkling Snow Signature (font) collection that is coming....as well as all of those hand soaps I shared earlier.  Knowing that the stores have these coming in now, I think we will see these come first....possibly before the regular Holiday Traditions.....and if what I have read about there being three other scents to go with these (winterberry wonder, and two others...) that I what may lead Holiday 2015.

 

--I was told that there were 5 more test candles coming to the store

And today @theshow78 on instagram shared with me on my Facebook page the Vanilla Bean Noel Photo as well as the Marshmallow Fireside.  Could this be two that we were expecting?  I will try and find out.  My thanks to her for sharing her find with all of us.
