Winter Storm Quinn battered Northeast Pa. and along with the hours of
heavy, wet snow blanketing the area, many places were without power
during this storm. Quinn turned the interstates into parking lots with
the National Guard being activated to do wellness checks up and down the
roadways.
The quiet stillness and beauty captivated me as I watched the flakes
fall just outside my windows. Hours later it would cease and the world
came to life once more.
