After watching many of the Live videos on the Bath and Body Works page I assumed it would be in the same format as the others were when the girls come to chat and show products.
That wasn't the case for this LIVE.
Santa sat with his back to the camera and read off of a teleprompter or something repeating what customers had posted on both Facebook and Instagram...which we all had already read as they did.
He flubbed a bit here and there and the feed began to buffer making the end hard to understand.
What we wanted and hoped for was a few "sneak peeks" as promised.
Instead we were left with disappointment.
Bath and Body Works are planning to do many Sneak Peeks on the 25th of every month they stated. I hope that we get to peek at merchandise next time rather than the back of Santa Claus.
PS. I was raised with the belief that you never have your back to anyone. Ho, Ho, NO.
