Bath & Body Works | The Survey Says...Holiday Traditions Fragrances

Bath and Body Works Holiday Traditions Body Care will be landing in stores some time from now, of course, but with the possible LIVE Facebook sneak peek coming this Thursday, I wanted to share a few thoughts.

Occasionally there are in store surveys of potential body care fragrances done in random stores and we may see those fragrances come to  stores later in that same year...or in a year following. That happened with the Body Care Fragrance Hot Cocoa and Cream.  It surveyed one year and was out in stores for holiday the next year.

Sometimes the scents surveyed never come out for whatever reason.

We also see body care "test"  in test stores in a few of the product forms as a sort of preview to see how well they are received. Usually around this time of year the Holiday Traditions Body Care Scents hit test stores. I am excited to see the packaging and what scents will be out.

Some time in June there was random surveying done for body care and holiday fragrances were on the menu.  A few friends shared with me their experiences with the survey and what they saw.  Here is what I know.

The packaging shared on the board was gorgeous, very bright and festive.

The regular scents were there:
  • Frosted Coconut Snowball
  • Merry Cherry Cheer
  • Snowy Morning
  • Twisted Peppermint
  • Vanilla Bean Noel
  • Winter Candy Apple

Some New Survey Scents
  • Christmas Cocoa Mint
  • Raspberry Sugar
  • Snowy Citrus Swirl

I was told the Christmas Cocoa Mint scent will be very popular if it launches.  The Raspberry Sugar was equally popular.

So that was that survey.  Whether or not the survey scents mentioned are coming...it's great to know a little of how Bath and Body Works is Holiday thinking.

I did check the trademark names for 2019 and theses were some of the names currently on a list for body care:
  • Fresh Sparkling Snow
  • Sweater Weather
  • Hot Cocoa and Cream
  • Spiced Gingerbread Swirl
  • Vanilla Snowflake
  • 'Tis the Season

Again, it doesn't mean if its a trademarked name we will see these as body care this season...but who doesn't love a Gingerbread something at the holidays? We need it!
