Bath and Body Works sent a reminder of their updated return policy to stores to ensure their values are exemplified in returns and exchanges and that these are fair and consistent from customer to customer, store to store.Rather than typing it all out, I am sharing the exact note to help anyone wanting to make returns to know what the policy is.
