My initial thoughts of the Midnight Rouge were correct.  It is not an Everyday Luxuries fragrance.  Adding the Viva Vanilla to the list of four already shared makes this the five EL the CEO mentioned was coming.  The packaging on all is pretty and I am looking forward to smelling them all after seeing the scent notes.

Today they are teasing us what this could possibly be.  Well, even with my wacky vision I could tell it was Viva Vanilla.  Now, I know for sure!  Adding another to the list.

Bath & Body Works Fall Heritage Rewards Member Appreciation Tote Bag Bundle?

I've been wondering when we will be seeing that Rewards Member Appreciation Tote for Fall.  We could see it out September 14th, as part of a bundle deal with the Sun-Ripened Raspberry Fine Fragrance Mist and Body Cream.

I do love a bundle.

Bath & Body Works New Everyday Luxuries Sneak Peek During Q2 Earnings Webcast Questions

ORCHID EFFECT Fragrance shown -- in a Fine Fragrance Mist bottle design that we have seen before...pretty.  Not the same as the other EL fragrances came in...so the continuity of the collection is broken.

Packaging shown is light teal blue in color.  So why is the Eau de Parfum shown in a pink glass bottle??  Will the Orchid Effect Fine Fragrance Mist come in the same pink color bottle?  Did they use a Light Teal color bottle only because it was photographed next to the other pink color fragrance?

The Everyday Luxuries words could be in gold lettering for both words.  Or neither.  We want the fragrance to be long lasting, and the packaging easy to distinguish.  I am glad the full Bath & Body Works name is on the packaging, that little round logo circle on the previous label doesn't do it justice.

A Thought.

Go Into Home Office.  Find that collection of clear bins FILLED with scents of the past that the influencer got to see, smell, and pick from.  Okay, now go to the other GOOD ONES - those bins with the dust on them, the BEST scents -- really from the past...you know, those we ask for ALL OF THE TIME....the ancient ones.  Head to the lab, call up the production team, hit the digital creators on the way and let's really make Next Year Productive. 

I've listened to the webcast no less than 20 times to make my notes.  I understand it.  Now, Consumer First plan the biggest surprise ---- actual oldies and goodies --- show these generational demographics you're leaning into what those who have built the brand from the ground up since the 90's have known all along.  Fragrance Memory is Everlasting.

Bath & Body Works Website Changes Noticeable Today (8/26/26) Fall 2

I check out the website first thing daily and I noticed that we now have a ticker tape running across the header of the site.  Canada had this for a while, and I wondered when it would be for North America.  

The detail on sales is now a drop down posting rather than a square box.  

And the feel of the layout is also different how it flows when scrolling.

A new Footer has the New Logo.

There is a box to tick if you only want to shop in store BOPIS, which, I guess helps you know what your store has.  My stores inventory is off at times, and a cycle count can't fix it if it's not there to fix.

5 New Scents Coming - Could Midnight Rouge Be One Too?  No, that could " Possibly" be the Holiday Collection Name to go with Lasting Legacy (Men's).   

I am ready to think holiday myself as I clean/destash my collections and came across all of my Christmas from Bath and Body Works stuff!  

I am updating this webcast post and looking for more info... but below are a few links to the webcast, the photos, and the financials.  I find it all interesting (accounting business major), but this quarter was a bit less informative regarding looks ahead.

A Few Personal Thoughts: Regardless of where the products are placed in the store for display, I felt like it should have included a few other things to complete the exclusive feel I thought they were going for.  Accessories kinds of things.  Be it a tray, socks, bathrobe, slippers, a throw, ...something!   Fill in the emptiness of the showcasing of this collection.

And I don't care for the pink color in the collection.  Pink is great, many like pink, I get it.  The other colors feel very organic, and fluid, and HOME...then there is Pink.  I would have liked the green more if it was the dapple speckled jar tone like the blue, ivory and brown. 

I have not seen the reeds in person, nor smelled them, and I am only accustomed to liquid fluid and bamboo reeds, so this is new to me.  But not new enough to buy a matching vessel to stick the dry reeds into.  Very expensive $30.

A Personal Thought Note: It is great seeing new items come to the store.  This collection showed on the octagon display ---looks very empty...like it was picked through, when it just launched yesterday.  I wandered around it checking out the sizes of the candles and the other offerings and knowing these scents, and these products are excluded from simple sales promos turned me around, and I left.
