I didn't need anything from the store today, but I was at the mall shopping in Hobby Lobby for a Dough Bowl and thought I would walk over and check out the new Bath and Body Works floor set. 

 

Bath & Body Works | Saturday, October 2nd Moisturizer Sale Cancellation

Without anything more than "The Moisturizer Big Day scheduled for Saturday, October 2nd has been cancelled." in the weekly task notes, the sale for next weekend is no more.

Could it be that stock in stores is inadequate to support the sale, (some have confided with me that their stores are LOW) - or could it be that shipments planned to arrive are not going to make the delivery times needed,  - or could it be that stores are doing well and it was just cancelled??

Like I said, we don't know the reason, and should another kind of sale be added in its place, I will update and share.

Previous posts were about Bath and Body Works CANDLE DAY and HOLIDAY PREVIEW so next on my list is BODY CARE DAY 2021.  

According to my archive - 

The second week in December 2019 was the first ever total body care day: Saturday, December 14th. 

The second total body care day in December happened Saturday, December 12th 2020. 

If nothing changes timeline wise ( which it could of course) I think we may see Total Body Care Day happen Saturday, December 11th 2021.

I have been lurking on the Bath and Body Works online page since Semi-Annual Sale looking for the Holiday 2021 Preview and finally, today it switched over! 

Huge thanks to a friend who let me know when it did earlier. We have had Holiday previews show up online close to the end of September and in October where we can grab a few of the items ahead of the October full release should we want to pay full price. I am just glad to see how cute all the marketing is. This year is no disappointment so far.

If you were following me this morning on Instagram, you would have seen my thinking out loud posting about Bath and Body Works usual time for having Candle Day, and that it could be the first Saturday in December.

If Bath and Body Works stays true to form and has Candle Day the same day as they have been in previous years, we should expect to see it happen the first Saturday in December - December 4th.  Their write-up states it will happen one day only as usual ( note: it has happened with there were two and three days because of changes).
