When I wrote my last post, I mentioned that the quality of the wax presentation of the candles lately has been poor for those that I have purchased and that for me, this lack of quality control, was inching its way higher of importance than the situation of the "fishy smelling rubber on the candle lid".
I
never got to smell a fish lid in store because I don't smell anything
in stores. So I couldn't know how yucky that smell could be.
This morning while I was gathering my candles to put in the cabinet, I opened the Botanical Collection Fresh Cut Lilacs and got to smell my first fish lid.
I did let the store know should they want to check any others that remain, and I will replace this lid or replace the candle.
