Bath & Body Works | Effective Monday, October 3rd - New Policy On Rewards And Coupon Usage

In an effort to decrease the amount of fraudulent activity, Bath and Body Works will now be closely verifying customers offers with their membership number.  Beginning Monday, October 3rd, Members will only be able to redeem rewards, and use coupons that they have earned.

Meaning, no more sharing coupon discounts with friends, family, and in social media groups -- If the offer was mailed to you, or in your name but you did not use it...and it is going to expire... No one is able to use that either to get the discount, or to earn rewards.  The registers will now show an error message. This should also stop the sale of coupons on social media sites.  

If they want us to have one offer with coupons and freebies,....they surely mean one offer.  I am sharing this to help everyone avoid getting upset at checkout.  The notice shared that customers will be directed to reach out to Customer Care with any questions or concerns.
