I know I am not the only one whose been having issues with Bath and Body Works and the Rewards Program APP. Losing the ability to have the APP on the phone because we need to have these HD photos of items and the older cell phones are no longer capable of allowing us ALL of that tech. (Truth be told, a photo of a candle...is a photo of a candle, and it doesn't make me want to buy it more because of a photo.)
That's where it began. Over the last few days, I could not get to the mall to buy more $3.95 lippies, or the $5.95 items sale and suddenly, signing in online to do BOPIS would not let me get past the Review Page. For both sales.
I couldn't place the orders all day for the lippies, and yesterday, I did call and ask if there was an issue that they knew of, and there was none in store...but the APP was getting a "F.I.X." for whatever reason.
Today, my shopping purchase history is gone...and I still can't do a BOPIS easily. I guess it's not FIXED yet.
