paradise found and the deal of the day

Last years January release of new and fun was January 16th and the theme was called Tropical Carnaval.  This years new item release date is scheduled for January 14th and the theme is called Paradise.

Both conjure up images of coconuts and warm breezes, fruity drinks and grass huts; something we all will be ready for when the snow begins piling up outside our doors here in the Eastern states and we have had enough of shoveling.  Some of the new line of test candles being out also showcases that paradise feel....and I can't wait to post the new signature lineup!

I must say in trying all of the new candles, and I have....with the exception of one, I am finding the fragrances to be strong, and the burn perfect.  The only one I returned so far was LILY POND.....  I never took the time to even burn them as the scent cold was horrid to my nose.   And I have photographed lilies on the pond and I have smelled them.....and no where did it come close to what that swamp water candle tried to pass off as lily pond..... haha. 

So that is a month away. okay three weeks.  Until then we will be looking for before Christmas sales, looking for after Christmas sales and searching the big blue bins from "tropical carnival" last year. 

And because it was so.....ahem.....grand....here is a repeated deal of the day.... dual packs of wallflowers.....

So skip the repeat and save some money for January....we will be ready by then to start thinking of finding....our paradise....

I need to keep my comment box closed on my blogs as some think we are still in high school and use it as a place to be mean spirited so I have been getting some questions emailed to this blogs email account regarding some pictures I posted a few blogs ago regarding the SAS peek. I prefer to not respond back to emails.

So for Dave who has asked me twice regarding a particular item and someone else I am not sure of a first name as the id is not a name, I am not sure what exactly will be online and in stores for SAS but those pictures I have posted showing Aromatherapy items are exactly as I have seen and if there are Milk and Honey and Black Chamomile shown there (which they are) there is a great likelihood they will be out.  I too am a huge fan too!.

All I can say is check the stores and online as soon as you see it posted on BBW.com because those will sell quick.

SAS monster and the deal of the day 12/19

A week from today it will be SAS time and all of the big tad-do of Christmas will be long past us and we will be focusing on going through those large blue bins atop crowded tables hoping to find our favorites for substantial savings. We will add to our hoard of things we couldn't possibly get through in a lifetime wondering where else can we stash our treasures or trophies of this SAS war. We will post photos of things we won and ogle at others conquests wishing they were ours while being surrounded in lotions and soaps and wax.  And we will visit those big blue bins as often as we can with our survey coupons in hand to try to slay that SAS monster for the glory of our stash kingdom.

Long live the soap!

Semi Annual Specials

While checking out videos yesterday from a few of my favorites on YOUTUBE (touchthefiretwice  and maureens) I saw a list of returning items noted there and copied to FB today as items listed for return for the Semi Annual Sale in a few days.
