I found a few of the Bath and Body Works Duo Refill packs in store back in March of this year and wondered if it was a random return or will we see the return of them to stores. I was told then that it was rumored that they are coming back into stores, but the exact timing wasn't yet known.
We could see them come back for Fall --- which is great because who wants to pay shipping if you only want a few scents.
