Bath & Body Works Store Visit 10/19

When things are trying, I find the need for some retail therapy, and there is no better place for it than at a Bath and Body Works Store - especially when it is about to get Holi-dayed.

I didn't need anything because the only thing that was still on sale was the candles (other sales were cancelled) so they were a pass.  I made my way over to the hand cream section to find that they were fully stocked for this week's upcoming sale.   I mentioned on my IG that I was interested in some great caregiver gift ideas for my aunt's care team and hand creams seemed to be pretty close to the top of the list.

There were a few of the Sugar Rush items out, but I am waiting for the lippies in those...and I think Wednesday, lip care should have some sort of sale.

I didn't need to know a single wick candle sale was coming --- I figured that out by seeing a huge table filled with the new.

Mrs. Claus skiing in a pink puffer coat wallflower finally made it out, and there were only two left, so I grabbed one.  Not that I use them, but it was cute, I was upset, and it would make a great gift for my aunt later.  No smelly electric anything is allowed in the rehab.  

The tiny trees shown that seem to be part of the Holiday decor need some fertilizer food for sure.  Are the days of huge festive decor gone forever?  At least Charlie Brown's Christmas Tree had a ball on it.  I know this is the way early stages of what we will be seeing for Holiday --- but a girl needs some razzamatazz...a huge number of sparkly things ... and an extra-large scoop of festive... to make all of the things outside these fragranced walls better
