🐾 In Honor of National Dog Day
Meet Cinder Ella—my brother’s beautiful German Shepherd and the newly crowned official mascot of Life Inside the Page.
We don’t have any puppies here at home. My only “pets” are the wild things: birds, bees, chipmunks, squirrels, rabbits, and all the other little creatures from God that we care for… oh, and a husband too. 😉
But Cinder has stolen my heart. At six years old, she’s my brother’s pride and joy, never leaving his side. Trained in Schutzhund, she’s a true protector—strong, focused, and fiercely loyal. But don’t let that tough exterior fool you—this girl has a heart of gold and gives love to everyone she meets.
So today, in honor of National Dog Day, I celebrate her—and all the pups who are the heartbeat of their homes. 💛
