Bath & Body Works has resolved the recent issue affecting some Member-Fest offers and redemptions. If you experienced a problem with accessing or redeeming your offers, here’s what you need to know:
✅ Issue Resolved: The glitch preventing access to select offers or proper redemption has now been fixed.
π© Impacted Customers: Those affected may receive communication or adjustments in their Rewards Wallet.
π¬ If you were impacted: Check your app for updated offers and reach out to Customer Care if something still looks off. Bath & Body Works has confirmed they're actively assisting customers who reached out during the glitch.

Offer Issue Resolved + Clarifications for Impacted Customers
This issue has been resolved and the 3X Points is working as expected ALL Customers. Continue to ensure that all customers activate the offer in the wallet before the transaction is processed to receive 3X points. No action is needed at the register, as the app will update and show the 3X points after purchases are made. Any customers impacted by this issue will see the 3X points within the next 48 hours after updates ar made in the app,
Note: When customers look at their points history in the app, it should show 3X points are awarded by issuing the standard 1X points labeled as (BASE POINTS in points history) earned for Eligible Purchases plus an additional 2X points (labeled as BONUS POINTS) that appear separated.
Mystery Offer Issues Resolved
This issue has been resolved! Select Members did not receive a Mystery Offer in their APP Wallet. We are actively working to resolve this issue. If a customer is a member and did not receive a Myster Offer in their wallet, it is OK to use the 20% off appeasement barcode/promo code for their purchase today to support the customer experience.
