I know that I am not the only one who has been having some difficulties in getting any information on the Bath and Body Works Rewards Member App over the past few days -- and it is odd that it was not functioning properly during the MEMBER FEST last day when we would be using it more.
I've tried to check on my two orders, search for products, and check on rewards and I keep getting the -- "Oops! Content Failed To Load. Tap The Heart To Retry" message.
After reviewing the Earnings Call, it would seem that there are some changes coming to the Loyalty APP this SEPTEMBER -- which for the most part seems that it's in the nick of time.
Could they be working on changing things over to the updated newness now, three days before September? Time will tell.
