Like many other stores, my Bath and Body Works stores was busy doing their inventory this past Sunday, along with trying to set the Fall (2) items. The initial day for the set I heard was 8/21, but it was pushed up making work a bit more challenging, I am sure ---but it got done.
I did grab a few new things this week on the three visits I made to the mall while out running errands. On Monday, I tried all of the New Everyday Luxuries Fragrances, and I can honestly say; I sprayed them on my arms around 10ish in the morning, and all of the mist's scents were still on my arms at 8pm. I guess they found the jug of essential oils, and someone added a whole heck of a lot to the batch.
Initially, I grabbed the Free as a Flower, with a plan to get the Inner Angel next week during the Reward Member Bundle Sale (a candle and fine fragrance mist both for $17.95) --- but I kept thinking about grabbing the Inner Angel and went back for it last night. As soon as I sprayed it, I smelled cinnamon, then apple and the dry down of it was very familiar. What, exactly? I am not sure yet, but I didn't want to end up forgetting about it...Because it is different.
My Signature Daily Body Care Fragrance is Philosophy's Amazing Grace, so I tend to love the florals more than anything else. I am still working on deciding how I feel about Free as a Flower.
The Mediterranean Mirage was good as well, and I am not too fond of aquatic scents on me, but it seemed to work.
Yesterday's Wellness Sale netted me the Honey Body Butter for $5.95, and a True-Blue Spa Look Ma, New Hands Cream. Hubby really likes the Honorable Bar Soaps and with inventory done, 7 more were found...and grabbed.
With so much new out, and a collab coming shortly, I am trying to pace myself a bit with purchases without having a coupon to help discount the costs of it all.
